Vaibhav is a co-founder director of Acumen and heads the due diligence and data room assistance advisory at Acumen. Before incorporating Acumen, Vaibhav worked with the Transaction Services vertical at PwC wherein he specialized in doing accounting and financial due diligences. Vaibhav has over 12 years of experience in transaction advisory. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune.
