- Preparing information memorandum
- Running sell-side and buy-side mandates
- Contacting the potential buyers/sellers
- Studying term sheets and shareholder’s agreement
Transaction Support Services
- Business and financial due diligence
- Business, assets and company valuation
- Deal structuring and regulatory analysis
- Negotiation support and transaction implementation
- Business and financial modeling
- Vendor due diligence and post-deal assistance
- Data-room co-ordination
Eligibility to apply for M&A advisory
- Chartered Accountant
- Preference to candidate with strong analytical skills, an attitude to come up with solutions and out-of-box thinking
