  • Preparation of a detailed monthly/ quarterly/ yearly business model for a period of 5-10 years, with a base assumption working

  • Identify key revenue and cost drivers and working capital ratios

  • Detailed historical sales and gross margins (‘GM’) analysis to work out specific-category wise sales and GM, growth drivers, customer/ product dependencies

  • Incorporate future capex in the financial model

  • Analysis of historical working capital to help estimate future working capital requirements

  • Ratio analysis dashboard summarising various ratios such as return on equity (‘RoE’), return on capital employed (‘RoCE’), cash conversion cycle, days of sales outstanding (‘DSO’), inventory turnover, etc.
