Vaibhav is a cofounder director of Acumen and heads the due diligence and data room assistance advisory at Acumen. He specialises in sell-side advisory for M&A and transaction advisory for financial due diligences, data room assistances and valuations. Before incorporating Acumen, Vaibhav worked with the Transaction Services vertical at PwC wherein he specialised in doing accounting and financial due diligences. Vaibhav has over 12 years of experience in transaction advisory. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a masters degree in Commerce from the University of Pune.
