Namrata heads the Research division at Acumen and is also involved in providing sell-side services to clients. She is responsible for supervising the team that conducts research on lists of prospective global buyers for all the sell-side engagements, monitoring the delivery of assignments and leading interactions with the Woodbridge headquarters and the Dutch offices for research. She is also responsible for working across the entire M&A deal lifecycle which includes industry research, information memorandums, buyer’s lists and closure of the transaction. Namrata has previously worked with CRISIL, a Standard & Poor’s Company, in the Ratings and the Global Research and Analytics businesses. Namrata is a commerce graduate and holds an MBA from Mumbai University with a specialization in Finance.
